Hikvision IVMS 4200 for Mac help pls

I have a Hikvision DVR and 12 Hikvision cams currently working fine at the base and also on remote with IVMS 4500. I am now trying to configure IVMS 4200 on a mac at another location on the property without much luck.....
In the Main view screen I have view options but my cams are not showing in the cam section

Mac version 10.14.5
IVMS 4200 version 2.0.0.10 build 20190625

My device status is showing
Cameras(all 12 showing)
Recording status (no record on all 12 cams)
Signal Status (normal on all 12 cams)
Hardware Status (normal on all 12 cams)
Connection no (0 on all 12 cams)
IPC connection Number (0 on all 12 cams)
ANR Recording (Green round N/A on all 12 cams)

any help greatly appreciated
