Hikvision iVMS-4200 Playback Green Line

Hi,

I'm having an issue with playing back storage on my cameras.

Setup:
1 x NVR DS-7604NI-K1/4P
2 x DS-2CD2385FWD-I 8MP Turret Cameras
1 x 2TB Purple WD HD
All cameras are PoE into the NVR which has PoE ports...
Network to view is through 300Mbps LAN.





This is what happens on motion detection:



It also stutters nearly EVERY time it picks up motion, the recording will skip from 1 sec to 4 sec then play fine then freeze frame and jump to 10s which makes it a nightmare for playing back video.

I can't playback any media through the web client either as it's just a GREY screen or fails:

There is also no display through the Web NVR menu:



Any help would be much appreciated!

You need to go to Configuration/Local and enter the Encryption Key you set on your NVR before you can Live view through the WUI. Also, I would check Yes to Auto Start Live View, so you don't have to click Start all the time. I know this is stupid, it takes me hours to figure it out.
