Hikvision IVMS Access Control Access Group Error code: DAG.dll[1002]

Hello Everyone,


I'm trying to add cards to my KV-8102-IM Outdoor Station. I have already added the person and read the card number. However, when I go to Access Control and try to add it, then click "Apply Changes" on the device, I get the following error:
Error code: DAG.dll[1002]


Here’s what I’ve tried so far:


  • Updating the KV-8102-IM – Did not work
  • Updating iVMS-4200 to version 3.12.2.3 – Did not work
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling iVMS-4200 – Did not work
  • Adding another card to the same person – Did not work
  • Filling in resident information (numbers) under the "Persons" tab – Did not work

Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it?
