Hikvision language mismatch

I recently Got some DS-2CD2T35-I5 3MP Support H.265 HEVC cameras from Ali express seller Xin ray. I get a language mismatch error when added to DS-7732NI-E4 NVR.

Please is there a way i can get this camera to work, even if the display of OSD is in Chinese i don't mind.

Depending on how new the firmware on your 7732 is - you may be able to connect the camera as an ONVIF model.
