I have a NVR: DS-7716NI-E4 that runs firmware:V3.4.82 build 160810
I have in smart-events configured line-crossing events. In the harddisk schedule, I have configured that there should be recorded when an event is triggered, and under advanced I have configured pre-record 30 sec (maks).
When a line is crossed an event is indeed triggered and recording starts, but no pre-record. When I later playback my recordings the recording starts first when the line is crossed, nothing before.
Can you help me solve that?
