Hikvision log showing "Remote: Get Parameters" every 3 seconds????

Hi, I have been reading this forum for a while since getting my first camera and have gained a lot so thank you. This will be my first post.

My set up is using a 2132 via SS on a DS214play. No problems at all other than some ghosting / pixelation which I could live with. Problems stated arising last week when I purchased a 2142 (from Amazon with latest firmware). Whole thing has gone to pot and I would welcome help please.

SS appears to be struggling with both cameras at 1920x1080 at 15fps (variable or constant bit rates) - everything is slow and frames jump a lot on playback.

Q. On the logs for both cameras I am seeing "Remote: Get Parameters" every 3 seconds IP address points most of the time to SS or PC. In addition every minute I am getting "Remote: Get Working Status".

is anyone able to shed some light on what this means and where I should focus my attentions. Happening to both cameras so I have changed settings on first somewhere.

Sorry - bumping this as no one is perhaps experiencing the same as me and so I would just like to know if owners are seeing these either of these entries in their logs regardless of frequency?

You get this fixed? I am having same messages. Hikvision says this are not their cameras. I bought off amazon also

Anybody know how to delete all of blue iris configuration? I want to start fresh.
