Hikvision NVR - add IP Camera from another NVR

Hi,
Location 1:
I have NVR hikvision DS-7608NI-Q2 / 8P
ip cameras are connected by PoE - Plug & Play
external IP etc: 1.2.3.4
port 8000 is open and NAT is working

Location 2:
I have NVR hikvision DS-7608NI-Q2 / 8P (same model which i have on first location)
i want record first channel from first location

when i add it like this


then connection is successful but i have an error: Offline(IP camera exception)


what is solution to do it?
could i add IP camera from other NVR?

port 8000 is open

That's the 'command and control' port.
You'd also need the RTSP port, 554.

Be aware though that opening inbound ports does introduce some cyber risk to the device and the LAN it's connected to, the NVR is not a hardened device designed to be connected to the internet.
They have had, and will probably continue to have, multiple vulnerabilities available for exploit.

edit And I forgot to mention - you'd need to connect to the NVR RTSP stream (use Custom protocol) as the cameras by default are not directly accessible when on NVR PoE ports.
