hikvision NVR and Hikvision IP camera - smart events

Hi

i have a HIK NVR DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P just upgraded its firmware, to V4.21.005 build 190509, on some cameras the smart events are not working on 3 cameras, fine on the others

what the best way to set up smart events, is it just via the front end of NVR , or set it up in the back end camera ?]

this has always confused me ...

looks like V4.21.005 build 190509, has a bug, was recording the smart events, but not all camera playing back via a web browser, downgraded the FW , and its working again

Where did you find that firmware? I’ve looked around on the few portals I’m aware of, and can’t find it. I’m looking for a 7616ni/k2 I’m sure it’s the same file as yours
