Just bought nvr7608 and 2CD2347G1-L(U) camera from Andy. Started to test, was able to record and access via app on my iphone and the mouse died so I couldn’t do anything on GUI. Powered off until I got new mouse and now Im back at it.
Some issues I would appreciate some help with:
1) I can see and access GUI with new mouse. Can’t access via Hik connect app. Shows as off line. Not sure what I messed up. Any ideas?
2) I went with all default settings to start originally and I could access on app. Now it doesn’t. I re set to default and still no bueno.
3) Not sure what Guardian Vision is but it is not enabled by default. This have anything to do with my issue?
4) Also unable to access on my macbook pro. I can log in but get “missing plugin” pop up. NVR and camera are listed though but no display. I did install the Safari plugins listed on this forum.
Any help would be appreciated as I have zero experience at this!
