Please help. The nvr it won't let me add the 8th camera because there appears to be a camera already there but there isn't. So when I try to add the 8th camera it's say it's full unable to add.
It won't allow me to delete the camera that isn't even there so I can add the new one.
Any suggestions it's driving me crazy.

Presumably your (unspecified) NVR is something like a 7608NI-E2/8P
In other words, an 8-channel NVR with 8 PoE ports.
With that configuration (ie 8 pre-defined PoE channels on an 8-channel NVR) you can neither Add or Delete channels.
But you can 'Modify' any existing channels.
So - select the channel that's currently got no active camera, and use 'Modify' to configure the details of the camera you need to add - IP address, protocol, port, userID/password etc.

Maybe a few more details would help.
Model of NVR.
IP address / model of the camera you are trying to add.
Screenshot of the web GUI camera configuration page.
Screenshot of the modified camera channel before 'Save' is pressed.
Does 'Live View' work OK for the existing cameras?

I am using the phone so I can't send you a screenshot but I will send one tomorrow

Yeah live view works ok. And the camera I'm trying to add live view works on the SADP program. The nvr can find it ok and is showing at the bottom of the screen ready to add but the port number has a IP address in like there is a camera there's this sign ⚠️ At the side.

Yeah live view works ok.
That's good, as it means webcomponents is installed and working OK. That's needed for some configuration changes.
And the camera I'm trying to add live view works on the SADP program
OK, so if SADP is running when the PC is on the LAN, it implies that the camera is on the LAN, not plugged in to a PoE port of the NVR.
So the solution for adding it is to put the unused NVR PoE channel into 'Manual' mode (not Plug&Play) and use 'Modify' to set the required camera information.

Yeah I think we tried that but it keeps reverting back to the ghost IP address.
It's like going round in circles with the frigin thing.

Anymore suggestions?
Well, there may be a clue being missed in some of the detail.
For example:
Maybe a few more details would help.

When you click 'OK' to finish the 'Modify', do you get a 'Save successful' response?

I had the same problem, I have 4 camera connect on NVR
In NVR GUI it already show D1 to D8 with IP: 192.168.254.2 to 192.168.254.9
but it still show Offline(User password error.) for all D1 to D8.

When I try to change ip D1, D2, D3, D4 to other IP it was detected camera with active mode, with IP address: 192.168.254.2/3/3/4
- but when I try to click add button it was alert message show no more IP allowed!
- When I try to change some thing on it it was alert message Incorrect password!

Have anyone have any suggestion?
