Have you specified the 'ONVIF port' as shown in ONVIF Device Manager? Sometimes it's not 80.
Have you tried if it will connect via RTSP using a Custom protocol, using the RTSP string from ONVIF Device Manager?

I try to access network parameters from onvif device manager and it says that ntp is not supported by server

The 'ONVIF port' can be seen in the URI at the bottom of the Identification panel.

The RTSP string can be seen at the bottom of the Live Video panel.

“incorrect login or password”
Well the obvious answer is that you're using the wrong credentials to connect.
Does the camera have its own web confirmation page that you can access and confirm what credentials are used for onvif?
Did you create an account specifically for onvif?

The manual says this about rtsp.
Bold added by me.
Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) port on which the IP camera receives
Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) commands. You must configure this
port if you want to allow third-party devices or software to access video

streams from the IP camera.
RTSP is a standard for connecting a client to control streaming data over the
web.
Valid values are 554 and 1024 through 65535. The default port is 554.

It says this about onvif.
Again bold added by me.
Click Save to be redirected to the login page. After login, ONVIF service
starts working.
