What I mean is if I TFTP an N with this will it end up in Chinese. I know you can TFTP an NI to English no problem.

My 7108N-SN/P is loaded firmware_V3.0.13build150420 and firmware V3.0.18 build151231 and working correctly , but only in Chinese and English in WEB -mode.

I need multi language firmware for this NVR with support for Russian and English languages.

What was the error when you tried to update with this firmware?

What's the region of your NVR, the 4 letters similar to CCCH in the serial number?
What result do you get from your browser with 'http://<NVR_IP_address>/SDK/language' or the language in 'getHardInfo' if you have telnet access on this device?
Maybe try changing the language of the firmware file to 2 with hiktools to see if there is a language mismatch with your NVR.
