Hello People, I have the same problem. Have purchased an NVR from China and it is now bricked. I have updated the nvr with a Chinese firmware file according to what "alastairstevenson" suggested and it worked.....however the interface is in Chinese and it seems it is not recognizing my cameras.
Device type is: "DS-7604N-E1/4P"

What I am looking is an English Firmware that has "Virtual Host Support". The firmware I had which was working was: "V3.3.4 build 150616"
