Hikvision NVR DS-7616NI-Q2 / 16P: Play back in IE stopped working suddenly

Hello everyone,
I have a Hikvision NVR model DS-7616NI-Q2 / 16P, currently installed the latest firmware from hikvision.com international website

Firmware version: V4.30.085 build 210409
Encoding version: V.5.0 build 210406
Web version: V4.0.1 build 201029
Plugin version: V3.0.7.38
The Internet Explorer version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1415)

All were working normally until sometimes in the past couple of weeks. First, the "Play-back" feature in Internet Explorer has stopped working. There is a pop-up windows that said "Playback failed" when I tried to play back a recorded clip.
Second, the "Download" feature also failed when I tried to download a clip from the NVR
Live-View (via IE) still works normally
If I use the console interface, it is working OK

There were some Windows updates in the past weeks or so... But I am not sure if one of these Windows updates cause this?
I have tried both TCP and/or UDP in protocol, but no success

What I am missing in there?

I’m having an issue where internet explorer stopped working on one computer but not on another. It appears to be windows update related. As it shows a different version in the about internet explorer page. Not at computers now but version that works I believe ended in 1466. And other one was 1469. Just from memory but I can verify version tomorrow.
