Hi All,

Just I bought Hikvision NVR DS-7804N-SN model from china. Actually the firmware of this model is fully Chinese. Could you please any one of you to advice how to change the language on the NVR.

As a first try, maybe ask the seller if they can supply you with some 'hacked to English' firmware.
That's what it will need.
Either that - or you do your Live View / Playback via the browser and administration using the 'Batch Configuration Tool' which operates in English : Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.
