Did you try it yet? All I can see in the release notes:

Optimizes NVR's web component compatibility with windows system.

Tried on 7600NI-I2, to be honest, the day before was released the 3.4.6 for the I series, which already has solved the issues that I reported here, then I've upgraded to 3.4.62, so far, so good ...
Cheers,
jonatha

I'll update my N-E2 later because 3.4.6 is having a few issues with Firefox. Nothing major but maybe fixed in this one.

(I should've stuck to my own advice and stuck with v3.3.4 and for cameras v5.3.3!)

After two days ok, .........again the same issue on win7 64, still doesn't resume the 'live view', after having switched to 'Instant playback' , the image hangs (stuck, with the blue timeline on the bottom), and if I try to switch again to 'live view', it allows me to switch to ... instant playback (and this, odd, does work ... ) close and reopen the iVMS doesn't seem solve the issue, nor rebooting the NVR ..... I try the downgrade to 3.4.6, from the current 3.4.62.
My friend, who has installed a lot of hikvision cameras, NVR and iVMS, told me about another issue, the inability of the iVMS of retrieve the playback after 15 days or more, while directly from the NVR the playbacks, even old, are ok ....
