Hi guys, it´s mentioned many times in numerous forums but no threats end in working solutions. I am sure this can be fixed.
It used to work perfectly but recently my Hik NVR give me an error when I want to config the substream video feed of one of my Hik camera´s (8MP). This used to work fine.
On the cam GUI I can set the substream and the mainstream fine. I tried all kinds of settings in the substream config on the camera, but the NVR errors out : the camera does not support the function
On my iVMS software I can see the substream fine when the camera is feeding data, but the same camera throug the NVR does not offer the substream,only the mainstream. Very fustrating.
It works fine with the other connected cams and it worked fine with this cam too but now it doesnt - no clue what changed.
I get an ¨event¨ type stream on mobile iVMS too, i dont understand but I can config that when using the NVR stream.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
