i have a Hikvision NVR DS-7608NXI-K1 , But it doesn't have an alarm out port , is it possible add any new additional alarm module into the NVR ?

If some of your cameras have alarm output you could trigger those.
I believe it can be bought. You will need a SAP number for a module. If someone have it could say the model to you, but my best advice is to send email to hikvision directly asking for SAP number and model, so you could buy from authorized distributors.
