Hikvision nvr no resource

Hey all
I have a 32 channel nvr . I added all the cameras and they all show and seem to work fine

If I log on a website and stream everything works fine all cams show , also with the iVMS-4500 it also shows the stream

The problem I have is with the vga monitor that is connected to the nvr , cams go black and show no resource and if I click it i can see the picture . No cams go out with browser and iVMS-4500 only with my nvr to monitor any ideas

I have older monitors that will view the substream because of the lower resolution but when you click on the mainstream at higher resolution they will go blank because they are not geared for the higher resolutions.
