Hikvision NVR resetting IPCAM Line cross detection schedule

hi Guys, I have a problem with my hikvision NVR and IPCAM. Before I buy hikvision nvr , all my ipcam hikvision work fine. Then I start to connect all my IP cam to NVR, recently I notice a problem that the NVR starting to reseting my line crossing detection arming schedule to "all day template".
and another problem is I find very hard to record IPCAM into nvr via motion detection, sometimes it's work and sometimes not. I notice I have to activate the motion detection via ivms4500 windows software manually and then it will work again. Is there a step by step solution for this. Thanks

Without knowing the models and firmware versions it's hard to give a precise answer -

But it sounds like you may need to configure the available camera settings in the NVR to get them as you want them.
When the cameras are connected to the NVR, it has been given control of a subset of the camera configuration settings, and refreshes them periodically with how they are set in the NVR.
