Hikvision Nvr

I have a 8ch hikvision NVR but I am only getting 1.3MP cameras showing .I have tried connecting 2mp and they don't show. However if I unplug all the 1.3mp then the 2mp shows. Any suggestions?

7108 ? Version? I m crazy with a 7108 firmware 3.13..Now are working with 6 cameras setting 1080p x 2048...It is poe ?

Yes it's the 7108 NVR. No POE.

I have reset default all cameras.Nvr recognize in pnp after set NVR at 2048 full hd Now is more stable.Just I have change the substream 640 x 480 1mb
