Hikvision Raspberry Pi?

Hey yall,
Ive been looking for ways to access hikvision cameras on a local or external network via raspberry pi. I've read recently about a windows 10 for raspberry pi and was wondering if anybody had any luck accessing the cameras through the windows 10 Internet explorer. I also know that hikvision has a software for pc and mac. Anybody have any luck with the raspberry pis?
any exclusive or proprietary software is also accepted via PM.

No issue with IE on Windows 10 (so long as you install their Web Components software if you are accessing the cameras directly).
