HIkvision remote controller?

Hey guys

I have brought from camera's from these guys before and love their service but i was curious about the remote controller.

Its is stated that it does not come with one and was wondering do other companies include remote controllers and do i need one?

Most places do not sell the remotes anymore, and you really don't need it, a wireless mouse works great.
