In the last few months, I'm unable to view two of my cameras remotely via the Hikconnect app. I believe this is due to the sub-stream not working.
I've checked in my record > parameters settings - and whenever I click sub-stream and select the two cameras in question, it says "Operational Failed. This function is not supported by the camera". However, I believe that they are all the same cameras.
When I look in camera settings, they all have the same model no - including the ones that I can't get working on sub-stream. The model no is: DS-2CD2342WD-I and all on firmware V5.3.1 build 160525.
My DVR is DS-7708NI-I4/8P running firmware V3.4.98 build 171121
