I have a DS-2CD2032-I running V5.2.0 firmware. I'd like to know if it's possible to have the camera execute an HTTP call when either Line Cross or Intrusion Detection events occur. I know there is no way to do this directly in the web interface, but the IP Media Device Management Protocol User Guide seem to hint that it could be done since one of the methods on the Trigger Notification is HTTP.

The end goal is to have URL be a trigger in Vera for a virtual motion sensor. I'm currently doing this via Blue Iris but would like to go direct if possible.

Thanks

I asked HikVision the same question a few weeks ago but they didn't support this option!

I would also look forward to get this option maybe in future! So it would be possible to trigger homeautomation after lone crossing or something else.
