Could you give a brief description of what this Turbo HD DVR can and cannot do and what cameras to use it with haha since I believe it is not that obvious ...people might think its a NVR and try to connect 16 IP cameras!

Is this the 1 U case model (two sata ports) with 1x 4 TB hard drive for $400 + shipping...or is this 1.5U case(4 Sata ports) (according to spec sheet) with 4 TB for $400? (I think you'll be losing money if its the 1.5U case...lol)

This can hold 4 hdd's and others are selling it for 600 and even more. B&H has it for 945.00
