hi so i am having problem with dvr when i try to update firmware v3.3.2 build 151123
i did read the support model for v3.3.2 and my model was listed but after the update it ask me to put new password and i did but for some reason the username section was empty can type can't enter and the keyboard not showing i did try to connect keyboard usb not working too can't type anything only i can type on password section plz help me i try everything and i did not setup my internet to the dvr so i can't access it from the website as i can't do anything i did try to use SADPTool is show ip address is 0.0.0.0 port is 0 subnet is 0.0.0.0 getaway is 0.0.0.0 ipv6 address is fe80::2a57:beff:fe91:d2d5 ipv6 gatway is :: ipv6 prefix is 64 and http port is 80 when i try to fill it up its ssaid device is rejected plz help me try and google and nothing
