IF you buy it from a reputable seller, yes. It will be the same but unbranded.
- Hikvisions since they no longer sell to end users can have issues with firmware if sellers in China flash with an alternative language firmware than the default and if you try to upgrade it you can brick the device?
Reputable sellers will have an international version that will not be a hacked version. A hacked version will revert to the original language unless the seller is supporting a buyer with hacked firmware updates too... don’t hold your breath...

There are less than reputable sellers of Dahua products as well, with hacked firmware that can cause the same issues.
The Dahua and Hikvision sections will likely have verifiable reputable sellers.
@EMPIRETECANDY is probably listed hundreds if not a thousand times in the Dahua section with international sales to many countries as a reputable seller. Folks have steered you to the Hikvision for a similar referral previously.
You are rolling the dice with random purchases of white label devices from other places, even the big label sites who may allow individuals to have “market place” sales whether it is truly an international version or a hacked firmware version. There are unscrupulous sellers out there.
Use the search function and search “hacked firmware” for info. Some don’t mind, they never update the firmware. Some have had issues galore...
