Can anyone comment on the Hikvision DS-2CD3131-I and the Dahua IPC-HDBW4421R-AS IP
I'm considering these two. Both are basically the same price, but the Dahua has more features (SD card, audio).
My main interest is reliability outdoors in the Canadian climate.
