Hikvision web access via Internet Explorer

Hi, all of a sudden I get a "NO PLUGIN DETECTED" message when attempting to connect to my NVR via Internet Explorer. I have checked and reinstalled WebComponents.exe but no change. Yesterday everything was working fine. Any ideas? The access works on a different PC, so the Hikvision component seems OK.

Hi, I receive the same message "NO PLUGIN DETECTED" when I try to connect to my DVR the access via Firefox does not work (I run linux). Any idea how I could fix it? Everything on the phone and TV is perfect.

I was not able to resolve my issue with IE, so now use Chrome. Works fine, but you have to use Chrome in IE mode. There is a plugin for it. A little tedious but functional.
