Model nr: DS-2CD2135F-IS Serial nr: DS-2CD2135F-IS20151223AACH564903891 I have used EN firmwares from here (and changed their language flag to CH with Hikvision Firmware tools): DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL Also I have used CH firmwares from here: 海康威视是以视频为核心的物联网解决方案提供商 I'm always getting the error "Upgrading failed" with web GUi. With Batch Configuration I'm getting the error "Upgrade failed (when upgrade)." I'm afraid that the device has somekind of upgrade block from the reseller.

Think you are using wrong upgrade files.(remember you can't roll back some firmwares) you can upgrade and have Chinese menus. There are problems trying to get EU menus.
