Hikvison network issues

Hi all
Was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this.
I can see my NVR on the network it sits on and LTE, but if I am on another network I can’t see the NVR.
net work set up is
Xfinity router—>TP Link mesh network—> from tp link mesh pod goes to hikvision NVR
Port forwarded in the tplink using a ddns server

its a private home network. I can see it on the lan side of this network. But if I’m on a different network can’t see it. If I’m on cell I can see it

Are you forwarding the http port? Use an outside number other than 80 such as 81, and forward that port to internal port 80 at the IP address of the NVR. Then be sure to specify that port when outside of the network. You should ad “:81” At the end of your ddns address

I am forwarded the http port at 8081

Server port is 8000
