I'm try to help my cousin out. He forgot his admin password. He can log in to hik-connect app and web site. However, the password is not line up with NVR. I try to connect with sadp tool on my network through router port and my laptop and direct nvr lan to laptop port. I won't show up on sadp tool. The device does show up hik-connect app as online.
