Can anyone else see the Hikvison UK firmware portal? i t seems all the firmware has been removed.

If it is gone it is probably because they are tired of fielding calls from people buying through other than official authorized dealers and then calling them for bricking a "hikvision" they bought on eBay.
I am kinda surprised they haven't put the firmware behind a login screen for authorized dealers since we aren't there intended market to begin with.

What sort of error if any are you seeing?

Are you mousing over the actual words until they turn red and then clicking? Hovering until the horizontal bar turns gray and clicking won't work.

I only have a option for software. There is no more links for any firmware.
