I am quite embarassed by asking this as I am not a beginner with Blue iris.
I know its something to do with timescales but when I look back over saved alerts any alert younger than 12 hours plays as a video. But anything older than that either shows as a still or as a pop up 'Blue iris Status' showing how it;s come to the alert result. I don't seem to be able to play the stills or popup without delving through the folder.
Is this the default and can it be changed, including making the 12 hours longer.
