Hiwatch NVR-108-A/8P (admin Password)

Hi everyone

I bought a hiwatch NVR-108-A/8P 2nd hand and it has an admin password on it. Before I go to the hassle and cost of returning it is there anyway to get the admin password reset. I emailed Hikvision 2 days ago but they haven't replied. I have tried the reset tool on the camera forum but it doesnt work for the NVR.

Anyone any ideas? If not ill return it next week

What's the firmware version?
Was it a private seller? Or will I spot it on Amazon Warehouse Deals?
