I have a Honeywell HEN16184 NVR that no one knows the password to. Is there a way to reset it?

I managed to reset an NVR only using rs232 with the eracfg command.

Dear asxx21, thanks for the info, I have Honeywell HEN16102. Dont know the password and would like to reset into factory default.
Can you help by giving step by step how to do it until i can reset it using eracfg command?

Thanks TonyR for the recom. I try to asked also where i can get the firmware, however i will try just using eracfg config without load the new firmware.
