Hoping someone can help me figure this out

Ok I'm no dummy but this is my first ip camera setup, the rest have just been regular cams and dvrs.

I just bought 2 sets of this setup from GW Security.

I bench tested both setups and get same results.
I make all my connections, power everything up, run through the wizard, and everything seems fine except the cameras are offline and nothing I do seems to remedy that. GW's tech is worthless because they won't answer the phone and in email they tell me to call in.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

are the cameras connected to the POE ports? some units have 8 ports but only 4 pass power

In what way?
What did the wizard show that indicated the setup was working?
What did it ask you to input, maybe IP addresses or other info?

Yes all cameras are connected to the POE ports and leds on cameras are on.

As I go through the wizard and autodetect the cameras it finds them all and assigns them IPs. There are no IP conflicts.
