Hot to update my Hikvision hacked cam

Hello,
I have the DS-2CD2355-I camera with the hacked firmware V5.4.30build 160726. The camera has security problems and I would like to update the firmware but I don't know how. I downloaded the latest firmware from the Chinese hikvision portal (IPC_G0_CN_STD_5.5.82_190130). But doing the update I'm afraid that my camera will no longer work with my EU NVR. Could you help me? Thank you so much

I think it is a hacked firmware because it works with my English hikvision NVR. I bought my camera from aliexpress and it said not to update the firmware.

So should I ask my supplier to reset my password and then block external access to that camera? How can I block access from the outside? On my router I have not configured anything, but I had given each camera a different port and I remember in fact that I was able to access from the outside by entering my static IP and the device port.

It sounds like UPnP is enabled on the cameras and on your router.
That will allow the cameras to allow inbound access from the whole internet all by themselves.
Suggest you access the cameras web GUI and the router web GUI and disable UPnP.

I've replied to your PM regarding updating it to the latest IPC_G0_CN_STD_5.5.82_190130 hacked to English.

Alternatively, as alastairstevenson said though if you remove access from the outside unless someone can get on your local network you'll be fine.

Thank you, I disabled access from the outside by disabling the UPNP on my router. This solution is fine for the moment.
