Hot water heater exhaust capture

No able to move the camera.
Moving the exhaust output will take some time,
The IR lights really highlight what is almost non observable to the naked eye.
Not sure what other camera settings I could try.

Its steam right? Basically like looking through fog or a cloud. You can manually turn down the IR some and see if that helps. I don't think you have a lot of choices with dealing with a physical barrier like that though.

More heat vapor with a little water vapor. the IR lights really light it up.
Have to look at it more during the day, may be able to add some pipe and get it out of the way

That must be annoying. Mine is electric so there is no exhaust. I only get that from the drier vent, which only runs on about 2 days each month (no women in the house).

Is it there during the day when the camera is in color mode? If not maybe a different camera that will run in color all night will solve it?

Only when temp humidity is right do you see it in the day.
Camera is only picking it up at night when the IR lights are on. Have tried turning on exterior lights at night and the fog disappears.
pain cause this is where I primarily want the camera to look.
