How can i add a channel 17-32 to my dvr?

Hi i have a dvr hikvision model DS7732ni-i4 /16p (32channel,16ports), but in the configuration only appears 16 channel to add cameras. How can i add channel (17-32) to add another cameraip.

Sorry if this is a bad question. Also sorry for the grammar english its not my first language.

This NVR allows 16 cameras connected to the POE ports of the NVR, and 16 cameras accessed over the LAN.

What is the existing arrangement of connected cameras?

Is the camera to be added connected to a switch on the LAN?
For this, you would use the Add button under Camera Management in the web GUI.

Are all the existing POE ports on the NVR in use by existing cameras?

i have camera and dvr in a switch to 192.168.1.101 to 192.168.1.124, i can see only the 16 that I add in the first 16 channels, i could acces any camera via web IP , but i want to see all 24 in the dvr.

I don't really understand the screenshot. What would be useful is the screenshot of the Camera Management page of the NVR web GUI, to show what you have configured on the channels associated with the 16 NVR POE ports, and added for the remaining 16 channels.

If all the new cameras are on 192.168.2.x LAN addresses, and none will be connected to the NVR POE ports, then :
In NVR web GUI Camera Management, select an unused channel associated with a POE port, change the mode to Manual from Plug&Play, change the IP address to match the camera to be added, set the UserID/password, leave port=8000, protocol=Hikvision, click OK.
The camera should connect OK.
