How can I reset Hikvision ip camera Password if forgotten?

I tried using this tools on this platform for hikvision IP camera password reset, but I am not getting it right. Can anyone who know the proper procedure to put me through?. Thanks

What's the model of the camera?
What is the firmware version of the camera? (use SADP).
Does the camera have a hatch under which is SD card access, and a reset button?

No SD card Access,

It's doesn't have SD card Access, no factory reset button too
