I still couldn't solve the problem, I can't connect with onvif. I can only receive video and sound with rtsp, I cannot control ptz with rtsp.

That is why I said ONVIF doesn't mean much and for true functionality it is best to match brand of camera with NVR...
Even if it came thru via ONVIF there is no guarantee the PTZ controls would work as well as the native program.
And the further you get away from name brand cameras the more likely that functionality won't work between brands.

Match brand of NVR with cameras or get a name-brand camera that will tend to better follow the ONVIF protocol.
