My guess either misprinted (meant to be 1086 or 1869 or something), it's a stolen one (think porch pirate). it's marked as scrap or as-is with some mainboard issue, or you won't actually ever get it and you'll have to fallback on eBay buyer protection. Here's hoping you get it for that price and it's not broken/stolen, that would literally be a steal !!

Was it a Dell Refurb? They might just send it to you if they don't realize their mistake! If so big, BIG, BIG win for you!! But if it was a private seller, they will probably send you an email (after they realize their bonehead error) explaining they made such an error and issue a refund, and you're only recourse will likely be negative feedback.
