How do I change the IP of my Dahua 5231?

I just pulled an old IPC-HDW5231R-Z out of a box and according to SmartPSS and Config Tool, the IP is set to 192.168.0.10. Every other camera is 192.168.1.xx?
How do I access the old 5231 to change the IP to the correct IP?

Simplest way would be do a factory reset on the old 5231 and that will put it back to 192.168.1.108 and then access it from there in your system.

You could temporarily assign your computer an IP on the same segment as the camera such as 192.168.0.25. Assuming you know the password, you could log in via the web interface and change the network settings.

Change computer back to original settings once done.

Tried all of the above before my post aside from resetting which was the easiest for my brain. It's been a long time since I've had to fiddle with the others. A screwdriver and thumb were foolproof.

That is why I suggested resetting as that was the easiest solution to get to your IP range and since it was older, I figured you didn't care about the settings on the camera
