How do I set up Video Recording for Dahua Doorcall

Hi
I have Dahua camera system and Doorbell (VTO) the cameras are all setup with playback however how do I get the video message or pic for the doorbell -so if I miss the call (I'm not home) I can check who it was without having to go to the camera above the door.
