How do we physically reset the IPC-T5442TM-AS fixed lens turret?

I don't see any button to press when taking apart the camera, any idea?

Should be next to the SD card slot on most of these models. I haven't opened mine up in a few months.

It does, I thought the button would be inside, I just repaired a connector that got damaged by water ingress and couldn't login via the web interface for some reason

Just laughing it because the cover clearly says RESET  Way past my bedtime, I should have done this during the day, haha

Just glad I got this camera back online

I still have several 2mp fixed lens Starlight+ turrets laying around; these older models require you to disassemble the camera to gain access to the reset button

These are not sealed cameras, once in a blue moon I recommend to wear powderless nitrile gloves, open the cameras up and spray some compressed air in them; clean the lens too. I received one camera that seemed to have a fingerprint or two inside,

But seriously though, don't work on anything if its end of day and the lights are dimly on  I think I got too anxious
