how easy is it to set up TailScale ?

I’m running windows 11.
I am currently away for work and the RDP into the BI computer is working just fine.
I can be into my cams in seconds and stay connected on an iPad as long as needed.
Some ptz controls are funky otherwise it seems to work as if sitting at home.
Job site has terrible phone reception, like back in the old days where we all lived without any of this electronic crap.
Makes things much simpler.

I guess I could. BI app seems to get mixed reviews here - I’ve never looked at it.
