Well that's like asking how to choose your next car or house...
First you need to define what you want the camera to do specifically and how much you are willing to spend. Installation factors are another consideration...can you do your own install including running wire from the proposed camera location to a network switch or NVR, and mounting the camera?
What is the goal - to observe or identify?
