how to connect hikvision nvr the correct way 7608ni-e2/8p

Hi guys can someone please tell me how to connect the nvr the correct way
make it simple for me please don't really understand computer talk,
just need to know what lead goes where so I can remote view and change camera settings
nvr is kikvision 7608ni-e2/8p with built in Poe switches
nvr has 8 ports for cameras and 1 lan port plug
